Cookies....mmmmmm

The hubs FAVORITE cake is funfetti, ya know the one with sprinkles in the cake AND in the icing. I mean I think I have made him a funfetti cake EVERY year on his birthday the past nine years.

Well, the other day, a friend at work mentioned that there was a recipe on the side of the box for FUNFETTI COOKIES. Um, yeah you heard me right... Not sure how I missed this gift from God, but now I am telling you so you no longer have to miss out. I made them and they were DELISH. All you do is leave out the water from the cake mix and use 2 eggs instead of 3. SIMPLE.

So the other day I made Strawberry ones, and I must say it is hard to pick a favorite between the two.

Dah dah... dah..........DAH!!!!

So if you are looking for a good treat this spring, these are PERFECT.
