Jackson Shower

My friends in Jackson threw an AWESOME shower for Emmerson Claire a few weekends ago. The theme was based around the colors in the nursery and the bird theme I used. They made a banner, mobile, and frames for the nursery. Not one detail was missed. I walked around with my jaw on the ground most of the day, amazed at the amount of time and love that was put into making the day special for me.  The menu was "Mama's faves" which included most of my favorite food items...including shrimp and grits, oreo balls, baked brie, haystacks, petit fours, and tomatoe tarts. Everything was delicious! I felt so blessed to share this day with such wonderful friends and family! Emmerson Claire will for sure know how to spell her name...she gots TONS of monogrammed items! I will let the pictures do the talking.

Guest favors...Emmerson Claire's monogram with chevron...How CUTE?!?!

Mobile that was made by one of the hostesses...She took fabric from the bedding and an antique lampshade she found in TN.  I cried when I saw it! It looks amazing in the nursery...she worked SO hard on it!!
